When it fits

The work this arrangement is built for

You can name the outcome: connect two systems, launch a product feature, or put one AI workflow into use. There is an owner available to resolve questions and accept the result.

An open-ended roadmap is usually better suited to an embedded team. If the main uncertainty is which project to pursue, technical leadership can help resolve it first.

What working together looks like

01

Agree on the smallest useful release

We inspect the current process, dependencies and available data. The scope names what the release includes, what it leaves out and how the two teams will evaluate it.

02

Review working increments

Demonstrations use realistic cases and visible acceptance criteria. When a new requirement appears, we explain the effect on scope, timing and cost before it enters the plan.

03

Release with an operating owner

Deployment includes access, monitoring, rollback and a handover. We agree on support responsibilities and any follow-on work before calling the project complete.

What stays with you

Work your team can keep using

  • The agreed release and its source code
  • Acceptance results and known limitations
  • Deployment and rollback instructions
  • A handover to the named operating team

Questions about project delivery

Commercial terms depend on how well the work and its dependencies can be defined. We establish those boundaries before proposing a pricing model.

We make the change explicit, describe its effect and agree on the revised scope. Small discoveries should not become invisible commitments.

Maintenance and support are agreed as part of the engagement terms. The handover states who handles incidents, updates and future changes.
